how does eBay shpping work? do i pay or do they pay?hows shipping price determined? if i pay, then how much would it be?

Heres what they do...
First people start bidding on the one item. The prices go up on how much more the person bids. You try to bid ahead of that person and win the bid. BUT watch your money and how much u have to pay O__O
Then you send a check to them and they send you the item.
IF THE PERSON DOES NOT SEND IT TO YOU, talk to the ebay supervisors.

In most eBay auctions that I've seen, the seller adds the cost of shipping to the final price of the item.
