Need a flash partner$$$

I am making a game, pretty simple to make, walk around, solve puzzles and stuff, a lot like zelda lampshade only on the streets. I need a flash partner to help me. Specifications:

Good at art, well, not bad at least.
Lots of free time (long, good game)
Okay at AS, don't have to be great, might not even have to know anything, not sure if i'll need AS help or not
Patience, must be able to follow this through from start to finish.

as for the $$$, I will attempt to get the game sponsored by GoG, and my partner will get probably %0% of the cash, unless he/she only does a tiny bit of work, then cash will be split into however agreed

Okay, now there are a few replies, I can ask for the preveiws.
It's Zelda: Lampshade style so play that to see the size/style of the char. The preveiw is of the char stood facing screen in neutral. No movement, just a gngsta, I wanna see what you all can do.

btw soz I forgot to comment: It's good, the arms are a bit thin and -liam- had all the other point. your not bad at art, I need to see some drawings for a small char like in zelda lampshade or frank's adventure. btw the char doesnt need a weapon people, just a plain gangsta man

I'm pretty good at Art and not so bad in AS. It'll just be my first game for the AS. Lot of free time after 16:30 but i'm on computer only 30 minutes after a pause of 1 hour.
