I'm not sure what you mean

A comic is traditionallly a printed media. IE, a comic book. You can make comics in flash, but comics aren't generally considered flash. Flash is used for games and movies, aka cartoons and animation.

The way that i see it is that, if a comic is made in flash, then it's a flash. If you draw a picture in flash, it's still classed as a flash. I don't care if i'm wrong, that's just my opinion.

And it's right!

I suppose, but the definition of a flash is 'something made on flash' not 'an animation or game made on flash'.

And also, using an alt may result in your account being terminated.

what kinda question is this? I mean, if he dosnt understand thats fine... but..
OK, soo a Flash would be yeah basically anything made in Flash, but not if it was just a drawing, cuz u could use photoshop for that. "Somthing done with Flash" is just as it sounds, but "A FLASH" would be a game or animation using a Flash program.

so, if there was a comic made with Flash, it wouldnt be "A FLASH" unless it was animated in some sence. But a "Comic Book" is NOT a Flash and anyone who told you it was is ignorrent twards both Flash and comic books

geezus christ. Sometimes people are so funny.

Obviously when you design a webcomic it is a WEBCOMIC. A flash is WAY to general a term and is even just kind of rediculous. Unless its animated, its really just taking advantage of flash's drawing system for a still image. Obviously, if you submitted ONE PAGE of a webcomic to the portal ... what do you think would happen to it?

One way to interpret a comic into flash (I'm just having fun here, so excuse the stupidity..like that's possible) is to make a comic page, then animate everything. So it's still an animation, but done like those newspaper comics.

But then, it's still an cartoon flash...um, um, do what paper mario did and make your characters papery-like and just animate 'em. That should pass of for a comicy design way..

it feels redundant to eat a bacon&sausage ham sandwich... but it's soooooo good.

A flash is a file made on whatever that runs via a flash player, it's made a certain way, doesn't have to be made on flash seeing as there are many flash clones about, this doesn't have to be an animation, it can be anything i.e game, slideshow, webcomic, navigation bar... and so ( basically can't think of anymore examples...) but anyway, something made on Flash isn't necessary a Flash, I.E. a .PNG image.... but i don't think i've answered the main question i'm just being picky, the starter of this thread is just confused so nm
