just so you will STFU...
make some shit and select it and press F8 and do graphic or movie.
put is on it's own layer...
make 19 frames and then make a keyframe. on the 20th move it a little...
now on the first frame do Insert>Create Motion Tween...
now STFU!!!

y use tweening? i find that fbf give you more control over the movement...
more control = better movement = animation looking good
but that could be just me... i dunno...

u can use the tranform tool too for motion tween.... use that/..... its what every1 else uses it

u would use a technique called " onion skinning" ... and basically these buttons help you to get the movement of shapes perfectly...
