http://img271.images...php?image=k95od.swf
now, and im sure im speaking in the name of other hundreds of noobs like me, what is the proper way to put enemies on screen ? ( more exactly, to duplicate their respectives movie clips in the rigth positions and in the rigth moment), please give me some advise and orientation( by the way, my level is a big MC wich moves, have that in mind)
thanks a lot
Wow Glitches galore :
Erm dude when testing this didnt you realise the glitches : \. its laggy and no offence but it kinda sucks.
Hmmm. You seem to have a problem, in that your enemies move with the background.
For duplicating, use AS: Duplicated Movie Clips
by the way, move with the cursor and shot with space.
off course its sucks, but my objetive rigth now is to add enemies
i know duplicateMovieClip ( .....)and the "demo" sucks because is an experiment to learn actionscript and practice, ignore it, im noob working alone in this, so dont expect a gba game ¡¡¡
now, seriously focus on my real problem
i was thinking on adding some invisible movieClips in certain points of the map, so, when they are on the screen' range ( remember that the level is a big movie clip that moves ) huzaa ¡¡, duplicate a enemy movie clip in those coordinates, and of course, having a counter to control the max numbre of enemys to reproduce..
and also adding code so if the enemy is outside the limists of the screen is removed
observations, advises ..
what do you think ?
