No, they do not. They are independent, non-profit organizations that by law can have no affiliation with any political parties. They operate independently of the government--they are not government agencies. They are private charities, like Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan's purse.

There are some fraud and leech sites out on the internet that are claiming to be charities but are actually con artists. But the reference to Bush is unnecessary and insubstantiated, unless you can prove he is behind one of these fraudulent websites.

In summary, get a clue before you go mouthing off about a subject you don't even have a basic understanding of.
