And speaking of levels I don't think I'd want to be level 16, seeing as how the obvious flawn in the nunchucks would bother me everytime I looked at my icon.

I dont know, theres a couple of reasons. He may just be conservative in his estimate to avoid false hope. It also might be programming and coding, who knows.

Look at the chain links for example and many other small details. They allude to that they weren't traced. Though some probably were.

They will probably come back......or not. Mostly likely not by what I read. The Star Syndicate wasn't a bad or a good group to me. I really don't know how they formed on Newgrounds so I can't tell.

Mainly, I wanna start this up again for all the new regulars on Newgrounds; people that might actually feel the same need to discuss what goes on around here as some of us obviously did back in the days.

Since I'm running an active NG Regs forum I see many of the same discussion topics today as for three or four years ago - an observation that brings me the conclusion that the new generation of members are thinking about pretty much the same things as we did.

If there is an intrest of whiping the dust off this place as I am guessing that there is, then I will also add that I am still the one that runs the so called N.E.R. (Newgrounds Expertise Residence) so that it doesn't become a disgrace to its old self.

And since this place has been inactive since 2006... THE RE-DESIGN IS HERE!

Im not sure how this club is different from the where is/how to forums.

Its different because the where is/how to forum isn't meant for discussions. In fact, discussions are discouraged outside of the lounge. Why shouldn't newgrounds have a club for people who really like newgrounds?
