Yes they have.
The SS have ended? O__O
I'll admit, I'm actually a bit sorry to hear that.
I can rightfully say, that although the SS was often a group of spammers, the fact their now gone is just... plain old sad.
RIP SS.

Really? I find that rather strange actually.
But what will the hero do when there ain't any more bad guys? Heh.
RIP SS.
I'll wait with such a pronouncement till they really are proven dead; when they haven't submitted anything for a month or two.

Me too.

I agree with that. Maybe there were trouble from certain members from the SS, but knowing it's no more, I do find that sad.

If they do come back, I guess it could be a new group with SS members in it or the whole ending thing could be a trick. I'm not saying it is, but there's a possibility of it being true.

Don't worry about that. It was just to replace the deleted version. That doesn't mean the SS dead thing wasn't true.

Errr, think about it this way, this is just a metaphor, anyways.
An old man dies full clothed with his shoes on and everything. When he stopped breathing and he is dead, the doctor takes of his left shoe.
The man who is dead puts the shoe back on, but he is dead while doing this.
The "Star Syndicated" dies with 200 submissions. When they are dead, an administrator takes away a submission from their record.
The "Star Syndicate" is dead but submits a new movie instead, but they are dead while doing this.
See what I mean? With activity, they ain't dead.

Fair enough, they are not dead, but they will probably not be submitting any new material.
I don't know what all the fuss is about anyway. I sure as hell don't care. Now if someone like David Firth or other talented artists stopped creating animations then I would give a shit.
I'm just getting sick to death of people going on about all these groups (SS, MC, BB etc.), all they do is submit collections of sub-standard flash. Occasionally they will submit something worth watching, but this is very rare. Most of their stuff is repetative, crap and dull. How about some originality, something fresh and new. Now that would be something I would quite happily discuss, but not this!

Resort to commercializing his name and pick up all the hot chicks.
RIPieceSS.I'll wait with such a pronouncement till they really are proven dead; when they haven't submitted anything for a month or two.
I said three months in that topic... but I'm won't truly believe it for six months. They started another forum during that whole controversy, but I lost the link. Its a neo-ss board, but I did see it. Like I said. They are just laying low.
Most of the responses were too "fake" in the "ss is dead" thread and others just seemed to have no clue what was going on and were just going to continue it.

I've been getting the impression he has a different view of it than the rest. Sort of like he believes he is changing it for the better and its his mission to do so and defend it whatever the cost. But perhaps I am reading him wrong.

I can see your point...
I'd be attached to my group if it had been chugging along this long... only to be destroyed by one thread on the BBS...

The funny thing is, you will notice the people that want to hold onto it are at an age of around 13/14. The people that want it to RIP are 17+.
I think that's pretty logical. You see, the 17+ year olds have been a star member for for a while, and have gotten time to get tired on it. the 13/14 year olds haven't played as long as the older users, and therefore haven't gotten tired, and have lots of energy left.
Which i think means that the SS never will die. If the site continues to get member with low age, then they'll still have power to go on.

Yeah, you have a good point. Some people have been in the SS for only around three months and might want to piss off idiots still.

To be honest, I never thought of anyone from the SS as n00by.

But without leaders to organize them, they will lose interest more quickly.

I created an account for invision's forums before but didn't get time to take a look at it. I'll probably make the whole "N.E.R." forum there later so we won't have to get those errors.

Plus, the higher levels, it takes ages to get to the next level. In over a year time, ramagi will have the golden fist. And by then, I will have the chains.
