Well if there was any "BEST" I don't quite understand why some go for Reason, some for FL and some for Acid :S

Depends on your starting knowledge.

If you know how to compose theoreticaly (as in music theory) then you go for programs like reason and cubase. If you want to make music in a more visual intuitive (and definatly eaisier to learn, and very powerful, even for beginners) then you go for programs like FL.

Well, no matter what program he will use, he/she has to learn it.
A very good tip would be to NEVER EVER compare yourself to your idol.

then again, its better not to have one in the first place, then you can set your own aims.

I disagree.

Everyone hears a sound they like, it has to be from someone. It's only until after you've understood how to make music, that idols don't matter.

acoustica is easy and simple to you 1 prob tho you need alot of loops

I believe FL is the best. You can make everything easily, so it's awesome for beginners. And actually, I've made some pretty sweet songs just from Audacity!
