I'm not a fan of Bush, but he is getting a raw deal on this whole Katrina thing. I feel fairly comfortable that the mayor of New Orleans is the first person in Bush's entire time as President to tell him the fucking truth about just how fucked up things are. Keep in mind that the man doesn't read newspapers or watch television and has all his information fed to him by evil fuckers like Rumsfeld and Cheney who have their own agendas.

Frankly, I have to commend Bush for walking into this shitstorm with his head up even after all the whining. As for the mayor and governor not doing anything... what could you expect them to do? This is a gigantic fucking problem that only the federal government can handle.

Cause pretty much everything in some, or only involves a decision made by Bush. He appointed the head of FEMA. He revised the budget. He failed to send in the national gaurd. The war in Iraq, initiated by him, tied up supplies that would have been usefull. His creation of the homeland security department but inability to give it its own funding sucked up funds for New Orleans disaster protection.

They did but Katrina jsut took a sudden turn and powered up and man. They used up a lot of their resources. States like Louisiana and Mississippi. Were pretty much screwed becuase htey have limited resources to depend upon thus having to rely on the Federal Government.

I pointed Dan Rather, who played a huge part in fabricating document's about Bush's service recored, and then used them as a source in his reports. I also citied the recent News Week scandal were they reported that guards at Gitmo were flushing pages of the Quran down the toilet, when in reality it was the prisoners themesleves that were descrating the Quran.

You on the other hand have yet to provide any proof to back up your statments and instead ask me to provide your sources for you. If your going to make an argument be prepared to back it up and don't whine about how other people won't find your facts for you.
