My other comp's(the one with flash mx & photoshop) MOzilla firefox, and internet explorer wont open! I click, hourglass shows, then nothing happens!!! WHY WONT IT OPEN!?

try using spysweeper, virus scan, then reboot. If in doubt buy a new computer.

and yes, ive tried waiting, the hour glass just dissapears after 10 seconds, then nothing happens. I practiced uke for an hour, came back, still didnt open

Maybe the techies in programming could help you? I today had a problem where whenever I tried opening Internet Explorer, it said "Runtime Error! This application has requested runtime terminate it in an unsual way... etc." It became pretty annoying- but it turned out the problem was with the google taskbar I had... pretty pathetic...
