Have you tried turning off your pop up blocker? Also, try a different browser.

Do you have the latest Flash Player installed? Have you tried to restart your computer? Are you using a computer that filters websites?

If you're using a computer that filters websites, the filter may be blocking ANY spawned windows. Go to Sign In > Portal Preferences > Change the setting for spawned windows. It will require you to click a link to view a submission.

LOL. Blah. Try the portal preferences thing anyway. It may do the trick.
Have you cleared your cache in recent memory? A full cache sometimes causes errors.

Considering the possibility of the popup blocker stopping JS-spawned windows, you might want to try pressing Ctrl while clicking the "View This Movie" or "Play This Game" link.
