i want to get in voice acting

but i dont know wut programs to start off with i know i need a mike but wut programs should i use and how do i post my audio files of me doing voices plz help a noob plz!

If you have windows you can just start out with Sound recorder.

Then upload your .wav file somewhere and post the link here and see if anyone wants to use you.

im a bit non tech savi so how exactly do i load the file to i save it and on a post do i browse my files for it and if i do what file name would i find it in

Well, if you want to spend money, Adobe Audition.
If not, WIndows Sound Recorder works just fine, as long as you have a good mic.
At least, that's my experiences.
