My sister's "friend"

This kid is seriously annoying. my sister doesnt even like him, but he keeps knocking on the door coming to our house! >:(

and today (my parents werent home).. i was working on my cartoon, and he knocks on the door. So i just ignore it. But he knocked a second time, and a third time, and a forth time EVEN LOUDER. So it took him 30 minutes of knocking on the door to realise that we're not going to open it. But then, he comes through the back door (which wasn't locked) and doesnt even knock, and goes upstairs to see my sister.

After that i went upstairs to take a shower, but then the fucker goes onto my computer, and starts printing shit wasting precious colored ink, and my mouse and keyboard smells like cigarettes..

and a couple of months ago, he borrowed a bike from us... but weeks passed and we never saw him again.. until now..

yeah i managed to log off my computer, but he just went on my sister's account (which isnt password protected)

Lol, I got this next door neighbor, same age as my cousin, like 9 or 10, and Since my family like to hang out on the stoop of my house, He just walks in. Just tell it to him straight, that you and your sister don't want him around. Also, his actions can get him arrested for trespassing.You have lots of options. If he really insists on coming into your house without permission, shoot him and say he was threatening you.Legally, it's your home, and even if he dies as a result of the shooting, it's YOUR HOME and he was a trespasser.

Make sure this is after all other options have failed, though. You need to have proof that other avenues were exhausted.Including calling police.

Also, don't let him out of your home after shooting him.If he dies outside, it makes you liable.

I dunno how the laws might work in your particular state or town, but a sheriff in Idaho said this one I'm telling you.
