Theres a Jap game game I've played called Super TV dream mix or something... anyway, it was a fighting colab between Hudson, Konami and some other company. Maybe Nintendo could do this. with who though? Sega? Capcom? Konami? Acclaim?(I really wanna see Turok in SSB)

The biggest problem here is obtain character licenses. Nintendo can't just go and add a Capcom or Konami character, because Nintendo is not the intellectual property holder. Also, getting licenses for too many non-Nintendo characters could get expensive.
