Audio for short film outside of NG

I was just wondering if i am allowed to use music submitted to the Audio Portal in a short film i am making that is not Flash and will not be submitted onto NG? It will be uploaded onto other sites instead and possibly shown at film festivals.

You can use any music in the audio portal you like, but I would recommend contacting the artists and letting them know.
What sort of film is it? Genre? Check out some of my music, it's in the portal waiting to be used:)

well it is royalty free music so you can do whatever you ant with it...

but yeah contact the author and make sure you give credit
