Ok kid, I'll humor you a bit longer but this is getting old.

My first sentence was a reference to you calling my mistake a STUPID mistake. A mistake is a mistake, you only add the word stupid if you're trying to make a mistake seem bigger than it is. In case I lost you already, my point is that you just, again, went out of your way to be offensive toward me.

As far as asking you to leave me alone, you told me that you were done, the post said nothing about me having to agree or comply or anything, you said that you were going to leave me alone, but that's not even the point here.

And for letting me be in my thinking "let me be" means "just leave me alone" and "in my thinking" means "continuing to think what I currently believe to be true" so the statement was requesting that you not try to correct me even if I think the sky is green with orange polka dots, someone else will correct me if it's worth correcting and they won't talk down to me the way you do. I don't think there's need for further discussion on the topic.

Thought of something else important:

Joint Works and Collective works.

Collective Works
Collective works are works in which multiple authours each created identifiably seperate parts, then combined those parts to form the final work.
An example of this is a song where someone writes the lyrics, and someone else writes the music. (would be credited Music by :Mr A, Lyrics by: Mr B)
The lyrics and music would be copyrighted seperately, so if the music composer wanted he could compose his own lyrics to his copyrighted music, and realease it.

Joint works
Joint works are works where the artists involved work together to create the product.
The composers then must decide what percentage everyone holds of the copyrights to the composition.
An example of this would be two people writing up lyrics and music together to form a complete song. (credits would read: music and lyrics by: Mr a And Mr B.)

Although I used audio as an example this goes for everything.

Thanks for the info, there was some stuff I never knew about. All this time I thought I had to go to some law firm to make something my own copyright/trademark.

Shame eBaums gets away with this, though.

if so, with all these Copyright laws, how in the living blue fuck is eBaum getting away with all his infringements. Hes a no good thief, but with every law, there is a loop hole.

Because legal action is expensive and time consuming.
That's how.

So all this is actually just slight 'precautions' that doesn't stop somebody who really knows what he is doing?

You can stop anybody from violating your copyrights, if you are willing to pay for the legal action. People get away with it because most small time artists can't afford that kind of thing.

Sikes profile says Job: Penor= Funny word.
Who is more likely to be correct?

Anyway, Thanks for posting this, chrispington. I will definitely keep this in mind when I launch me site this fall.
