Do you mean something that can make Flash movies. If you are going COMPLETELY free, then I suggest liveSwif. I know it sucks quite a lot, but you cant expect Flash a free Flash CD on your doorstep. If you haven't already, then I suggest you get the 30-Day trial for Flash. If not, time to start saving every penny =).

noob refers to people who go like... "im a noob!"

they need to accept the fact they are noobs before they make fools out of themselfs.
