they have great songs, great albums, powerfull shows
beside rock anthems they have also more "balladish"/bluesy things like "Night Prowler"
What is to dislike:
maby for some people the vocal, aby for some others, the image
What is to admire:
they made history
they influenced many of the bands that you listen to
they have their own style, you can say "is AC/DC" after less than 3 seconds of listening
What is to keep in mind:
they made more money than you'll ever make in ten lifetimes
they have more fans than your music will ever have and their music had influenced what you listen, from your favourite band to cheerios comercials on TV
Other facts:
when i was5, i grew up with Beatles, AC/DC and Deep Purple
my mom tryed to inoculate me with classical music but my uncle always had some rock in his colection ... i still remember those noisy/quiet days

btw "Back in Black" have a simple powerfull "sticky to brain" guitar riff
how many of you who criticize AC/DC can get it right ? i mean, get the "ballz" and the rhythm clear and
sharp ?
