hey there, i am in higher music class in school , and we use an audio programme called emagic logic.....its cool, but its on a mac..... :{

can it be used on a pc? please respond i really want it..........

Logic for PC has been discontinued and I think you can only get up to version 5.5 or something. However, Logic is still one of the most powerful music apps available for the PC, and if you can snag a copy of say version 4 or over, you'll be set ;D.

Hate the dongles though.

ok, i snagged a copy but theres one problem, when i try and select notes in the matrix mode it comes up with this error message:-

No sequence specified,
please select any note to specify a sequence.

any ideas on how to do this so i can get making songs?

I believe it is a MAC only program. Great composers like Jeremy Soule use it in cunjunction with in-house sound librarys to make great video game scores.

It would be nice if people read my posts. I have several versions of Logic for the PC.

Funny you should mention it today i brought a new mic really nice quality and i got a cd with it and i got the new version of the emagic thing i aint used it yet though.
