It's the rank-up. That extra 2% put you over the edge on a rounding sequence.

You've got the basic idea down, but I'll take a crack at it. The extra 2% from the rank-up is going to have a play in it as it increases your daily increase slightly.

Presuming your old daily base was .004/day with the 26% making it .00504 while the 28% bonus makes it .00512. That extra .00008/day is forcing a roundup on the 2nd day rather than a round down on the 3rd slightly more frequently than previously.

Your XP also runs in round up/down cycles as it calculates your XP/HT XP percentage and then works out a base VP from that. You may be hitting a period where the percentage roundup is forcing the base to round up, followed by the bonus forcing the round up, etc. Think of it like a biorhythm. Right now they are out of synch so when one's low, the other is making up for it and nudging it over a rounding point, giving you more frequent 2day +.01s. At some point they will synch up and you'll hit a period where they both force a round up (which won't do anything extra) followed by neither forcing one making your 2days a lot less frequent.

Bah, I only made about 70 - 80 points tonight. I'll know my exact total tomorrow along with Bila's. I hope he didn't have another 100+ point night, I need to make up some lost ground.

No biggie, just edit the code or the graphics, whichever is easier. It's not like you aren't going to be able to find ONE more blam to get to the point your pic shows you at.
