Thankfully not - the guy wasn't THAT old. :P

Herbert, the younger years.

You know, I don't bother with the Classic Rock magazines. Just give me the CD and sod the magazine.
Yes, but for you and W2MN, it would have been a case of burn it. Burn it now.
I'd rather not touch it at all, simple as that.

Fair enough.

I was getting there.
But I beat you to it.

Make that a mere five days for this work. I won't be in next Thursday due to the place being closed then so I'm only working Wednesday and Friday next week and that's it. Hopefully the agency will be quick to find something else for me.

When I get home late at night (and a little drunk) I don't dare sleeping on the train. But when going to work or to the Uni, I can't help it most of the time, heh.
But yeah, it depends on how much time you lose when you wake up too late. Would be very shitty if the next stop is 20 minutes away.

One Christmas my dad fell asleep on the bus and by the time he woke up he was back at the Birkenhead station and asked the driver if the bus even started. It went a complete lap and he was asleep all that time.

Recieved my order from Amazon today. Got "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" and "Heaven And Hell", which concludes my Sabbath collection for the time being. I think the next band I should get more albums from is Bolt Thrower.

Don't worry. I got my first girlfriend when I was 22, just when I thought that for me all hope was lost. Now I'm married and we are thinking about having children. Life does that to you sometimes.

Good for you but it's easy for me to screw up. Well, that's unless I happen to be going to the last stop.

What's even more shitty: Falling asleep and then waking up when the train is on the siding. I have a friend who told me that it happened to him once.

Or a different story: Someone - who lives in a hard to reach suburb - got on a train and then changed over to a bus. The bus ride took about an hour and he fell asleep. When he woke up at the last bus stop his first thought was: "All right, I finally made it to the central station!" then he realized that the central station is the exact same station where he catched the train earlier on.

I'm now in the top 4,000 for experience.

Also, I got 10,000 medal points for this week's update, over my total from the previous update. I'm not sure, but I think it's the first time that's ever been done.

Regarding the "I'm single" discussion, I broke up with my girlfriend (still best friends) about a year ago, and am still single since then, having turned 32 last Saturday (real life level-up!). The boat is large, and 22 is a pretty good age to be in it.

Let me guess, your expactations are really low? Trust me, I know exactly how you feel. Sadly, "always expect the unexpected" is the only advice I can give you here.

If you always have to get off at the same stations for a few years, you kind of condition yourself during that time. So dozing off is a good way to pass some time, once you are conditioned enough, heh.

Let's just say that's where I've been all this time. Almost had one in 2009 but I just knew it would go all wrong before it even started. I'm to the point that if God is indeed out there, I feel he is doing this just to taunt me.

Royal Fail it is. Well, I'll cut them some slack as last week they were delivering things faster than usual. I suppose with an extra push before the Jubilee weekend, they'd have their rewards.

And even then I get some hunches of something happening. 2009 is a great example with the one where we never got off. I recalled her asking me if I had any love interest in her and that was a month or two after originally meeting her. I wasn't sure at the time but a few months later, a huger hint was dropped when during an MSN convo, a friend of mine said "You should have dated Andy!" Then I knew of the possibility.

If you always have to get off at the same stations for a few years, you kind of condition yourself during that time. So dozing off is a good way to pass some time, once you are conditioned enough, heh.
It's easier to sleep on a coach. More time to catch sleep there,
