Have fun.

I had.

Why did I think of Carlsberg, when I read your line?

I don't know?

I much rather have a manual in my hands comparing to reading it on a computer screen. I can understand that companies want to cut costs... but on the other hands, are CD Roms really that much cheaper?
Actually, that I would like as well but they think it wouldn't be cost efficient.

Yes, it propably is a lot more eco-friendly to put the stuff on a CD. After all, you'll need a CD anyway to install the program.

How are they now in their modern times? I wouldn't imagine them to be so relevant with writing music nowadays.
It was very 70's rock like, with long guitar soli and stuff. I liked it.
So that's them now? Doesn't sound that bad to me.

I should probably check out some newer stuff.

I know that some of the folk in motor racing circles complain that it's too hot, because the tyres start to melt, but you're just being picky. That said, we've been in double digits for most of the week, so I can't complain

I did see the starting line when we where transfered to our hotel, the driver pointed it out. If I don't forget, I most likely will watch at least some parts of the F1 grand prix in September.

You should've been there. I saw one of your kinsdragons (see pic). He seemed a little bit unresponsive, though.

See you all next week!

It was.

Because when you're in a music shop, you can see the merchandise arranged and online, you have to know what you're looking for?
I suppose you're right on the music shop part. I saw that one Marillion CD on sale and thought I should grab it. There were two other Marillion albums but they were live and compilation albums. That's the kind of stuff I avoid, unless I'm really into the band or if the compilation album serves a lot more than their greatest hits.

In the recent past, it's been a case that I browse at HMV, then go and buy twice as many albums from Play or Amazon.

Always good to have flash game addiction. Although, personally I seek more for smaller and laid back games.
Well, yesterday, aside from watching 6 hours of Rugby and about an hour of F1, I still managed to get 3-4 hours of Borderlands in with Idocreating.
Ohhh, so you do get to play Borderlands with him outside the Kyoto Lounge?

Yeah, he collared me and said it was on Steam for £5, with all the DLC in place, so I jumped at the chance.

But this is the internet, let NG use whatever they want and go for Wolverine. Along with that, I propose a golden dragon.
Overruled.
I hate you.

Waah :P

"Mr. Rimmer, if you keep objecting to your own defence council, I will find you in contempt."

I just search online for the commonly used ones for myself so Motorhead and Queensryche's umlauts. And this line is umlautless due to bad compatibility with the site right now.
We just have to put up with it. Why not harass Tom? I'm sure that he'd love it :P
Maybe I can give him a buzz.

Ooh, got a hotline to the boss now?

This just shows we need him a lot.
I hardly talk to him, but the conversation will pick up when he's back, as we talk about his holiday.
I read all of your posts, but I hardly find anything I can respond to. I don't know anything about criket and I don't watch Futurama. >_>
Well, I spent an hour in the batting net yesterday and I have a huge blister on the inside of my thumb and a bruised right index finger, when the ball trapped my hand between it and the bat handle. Fun :P
I can imagine this sucks. Luckily I didn't hurt my hands in quite some time.

It's only occasionally that it hurts now, like when I try to type too fast and the index finger gets jammed on top of the bruise. If I will play things like cricket, I will suffer :P

Almost two weeks. And we still haven't done everything we wanted to do.

So you might return next year?

Yep, along with the other shit to get things installed.
But the boxes still are as huge as they used to be. At least, most of the time. Kind of silly if all you find in the big box is a single CD-Rom.

Well, the size of the box for my new router is reasonable. However, the speed performance could be better in most areas.

He looks rather flat. That's my bigger concern about him.
People trample around on him all day.

I feel really sorry for him.

I don't watch cricket so that makes things even trickier.
Watching Cricket is even more boring than watching Baseball. That's saying something.

I may have a game of cricket with Coop for laughs.

Say, I never asked this but how does it feel knowing we no longer have the shitblade?

If I find stuff that I want, it goes on the rather large birthday / Xmas list, that occasionally people ask about. If I'm sufficiently far from the event, I may go and buy a copy myself.

Guess what, it's your birthday next month! It's also Gagsy's birthday in April as well.

I've always used an external drive for music. However, I have tons of duplicates due to WMA and MP3 files. I really should stick to just MP3 and leave it at that.
The only time I've got WMA and MP3 files duplicated is when I do my recording on Audacity.

MP3 files are for my iPod and my main media software is Windows Media Player.

Apparently, ten years ago, at the tender age of 15, I created this account. Although I started visiting the site 3 years earlier (good old club a seal and telebubby fun land) it took me a while to figure out I should create my account.

I almost feel accomplished.
