lol i assume that was a joke, but i'll answer it anyway :D I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I'm currently unemployed due to a lay off at my previous job, thus, I have time for NG all the sudden XD However, in the midst of losing my valuable job for basically no reason, I have been inspired to go to college instead, and I am enrolling next semester. I plan on going for Intermedia and Digital Art :D How about you?

Duuude I totally noticed that! Back in 2004 most all of my b/p points were blams. There was nonstop crap flooding the portal. Now it seems like most of it's decent and my saves are just soaring to the point where I'm pretty sure even though they were about 1k off - my saves will catch up to my blams O.O

I just have my own spreadsheet for telling me my personal gains. That keeps me going when I see a stream of +10s for my experience :P

I had a nice +50 for my b/p rank the other day :D I was impressed with that. I'm sure those get fewer and fewer the higher you climb into the ranks though.

Third NG birthday.

That's actually an impressive amount of time considering how much I've changed since '07.

Request an audio review. I could use some motivation.

I'm not sure if you will like it since I'm also parodying a legendary videogame in that flash.
Hint: I will involve most of the wi/ht'ers.

I am really looking forward to it now if lots of us are gonna be featured :P

I know what you mean since it's kinda the same with me. Specially where I live. Since it's next to the Int. Border with the US, it's like a mix of both cultures.
Sounds cool :P
Trust me, it IS cool :P
By the way, there are a lot of chinese people here, which makes the place where I live, a mix of the Mexican, American and Chinese cultures. There's even a legend, which is 100% true, that there's a big underground chinese "town" under the city. Nobody but Chinese people can get in there.

Secret underground city? Sounds like a video game or something >.>

Ironically, there is only one thing that I really appreciate and enjoy: The food :P
Food in Ireland isn't fantastic; well more in the sense that we don't really have a national dish as such, beyond bacon and cabbage or something with potatoes :P
Excuse me, sir. Did you just say potatoes and cabbage?
*Adds Ireland into my list of countries that I must visit in my life*

We'd gladly welcome you, though I'm puzzled as to why the food would be one of the larger attractions as opposed to something putting you off :P

If we had three days between each game, then yes. However, we don't. Who goes between CC and CC? Currently, we've got Hughes, Nova, Pettitte and Moseley to choose from, since we've pretty much ruled Burnett and Vasquez out.

The best Zapp quote is thus:

"Lower... Lower... A little lower... Lower... A lot lower... TOO LOW!.. Lower."
"Men, you're lucky men. Soon, you'll all be fighting for your planet. Many of you will be dying for your planet. A few of you will be forced through a fine mesh screen for your planet. They will be the luckiest of all."

I can see why you like this episode. So much Zapp in it.

Each time I see situations like this makes me think the big amount of people that want to finish school, but they can't because of the lack of money or/and opportunities where I live. If you have an opportunity of getting yourself a degree in something, do it.

Weird, isn't it? But it's 100% real. My geography teacher had the opportunity to enter, but she refused since she thought it would be quite impolite to them, even having an invitation. But anyways, Chinese people can be quite mysterious ._.

There's nothing like trying actual regional food. It's one of the most important things to me whenever I travel to another place.
Also, I love anything made with potatoes.

What does that mean?
So calling out "Hoyzer" to a ref is just saying: You have been bought and you cheat on us.
Sorry, I always read these posts in quoted form so I tend to miss the links.

BOOOOO!

Anyway, lol :p I think I heard about that scandal some time ago. If I remember correctly it was pretty big news once that refs were corrupt in major football leagues across Europe, including the German, English, Italian and Belgium ones.

Yeah, some other leagues where affected as well.

It went like that: "With the number 8 <first name>" and the fans will shout out the last name.
For the away team it's always:
Announcer: "With the number 8 <first name>"
Fans: ASSHOLE! >_>
Hahaha XD

I don't think they announce players like that here. They just say the full name and then the crowd goes like: "HAAAAAI". The Dutch football association tends to make a big deal out of such things and the clubs are always held responsible for their fans' behavior.

For me, swearing is part of the game. :P
But it can get out of hand. I was watching an SFL match when I was in Glasgow and some guy behind me was swearing the whole time. It was pretty annoying to have to listen to that constant rambling all the time.

Oh man, Bobby Kotick doesn't know when to stop being a dick. The fact that he's now sniping EA is hilarious, especially when both companies make similar games to each other. However, EA does better than Activision since they actually do quite a lot for new IP games as well as supporting smaller games. Although I'm not one for Facebook games, they do have a company who base themselves on making games for Facebook and that's who my sister's fiance works for.

I see. Autolock is handy I guess, otherwise attacking enemies probably wouldn't have worked like you said.

You're right about that.

I'm wondering, is there a lot of platforming involved in this game or is mostly walking from room to room killing all the enemies you can find?

There isn't so much platforming involved. There's more platforming in Fusion and Zero Mission than in Other M.

Unfortunately, there already is a neighbour war here. He and my dad play their music too loud and it only adds fuel to the fire.
So there are more people living around you that always turn up their music too loud? Damn... I hope your dad has good taste.

My dad does know better music but that doesn't make him a better person when it comes to issues with the both of them.

I never played any of the Elder Scrolls games, though I have heard that much like Fallout there's just so much to see and do they can swallow hundreds of hours of your time.

Well, I wouldn't say Oblivion swallowed hundreds of hours of my time but it did take 160 hours to beat. And yes, I did at least 95% of the quests. The only ones I left were those who I accidentally killed and can't do due to them being dead and scavenging quests such as finding a particular item in Cyrodiil. One of them I would have done but I was so close to the ending of the game that it wasn't worth doing.

Not until you admit the awesomeness of Manowar. :P
Everyone who says they are awesome cannot be an expert in music by default.

Actually, they ARE experts in music.

If you can put up with Axl Rose's vocals. I think I've heard a version by Eric Clapton that is the better of that tune.

As long as he's not singing live it's fine with me.

That Eric Clapton version sounds more reggae-ish. I think I prefer Guns N Roses version, with more guitar.

So uh... where are you from and what do you do for a living?
lol i assume that was a joke, but i'll answer it anyway :D I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I'm currently unemployed due to a lay off at my previous job, thus, I have time for NG all the sudden XD However, in the midst of losing my valuable job for basically no reason, I have been inspired to go to college instead, and I am enrolling next semester. I plan on going for Intermedia and Digital Art :D

I see. Like ThePidgeonMaster said, going to college would be a good idea. It's a great way to work on your future and sitting at home waiting for another lame job is just gonna suck eventually.

How about you?

I'm from Holland and I'm currently a full time Aerospace Engineering student (in my third year right now) :)

In such cases I usually just don't go. I'd rather spent the time learning for other tests.

Oh well... you could smash it until there's nothing left of it but a pile of scrap metal. Hard to do that with a car.

Well of course people often swear in stadiums towards referees, players and coaches here as well, but singing insulting chants and such is generally considered not okay and the club can possibly get penalized for such behavior of their fans.

There isn't so much platforming involved. There's more platforming in Fusion and Zero Mission than in Other M.

Too bad. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to bring platforming back into the series.

So basically it was just clearing room after room of enemies for most of the game?

So there are more people living around you that always turn up their music too loud? Damn... I hope your dad has good taste.
My dad does know better music but that doesn't make him a better person when it comes to issues with the both of them.

Yeah that's true, but I could forgive him if his music was awesome :p

7th is still rather impressive as you really can't control if someone responds to you or not.

Yeah, I had a Blams to Saves ratio of about 3:1 at one point. Now it's gone beyond 2:1 in favour of Saves.

Strange...maybe just because the website got bigger I guess.

I have 50 B/P per day quite often. Since I'm 17th in the B/P stakes, I can safely say I will never gain 50 ranks in B/P ever again :P

LOL nope =) I'd be happy with a +1 at that point. Speaking of top ranks, remember Fixit? I thought he was the top B/p back in 2004...and whatever happened to humantarget52??

Each time I see situations like this makes me think the big amount of people that want to finish school, but they can't because of the lack of money or/and opportunities where I live. If you have an opportunity of getting yourself a degree in something, do it.

I'm going to try. We're in the process of getting me pre-enrolled here and seeing what grants I qualify for. It would be exciting for sure, so wish me luck ^_^

I forgot to mention he actually CRIED ._.
Now THAT is being high in mushrooms.

Yeah I mean I've tried shrooms before and all I can say is you have got to be MESSED up...like seriously to cry over a rainbow. All I did was laugh and shit looked kinda cool. Maybe you just kinda have to be weird in the first place to have that kinda reaction...?

Yeah and that's what I'm doing now, just applying for lame jobs. Sad part is, I've been doing this for 6 months since I got laid off, the military won't accept me because I got a ticket for pot 7 years ago in high school....it's like....okay, seriously what else am I going to do with my life? It's like the only option left, lol.

I'm from Holland and I'm currently a full time Aerospace Engineering student (in my third year right now) :)

That's awesome. How's that treatin ya?

I must have missed that note. Yeah, we can do that.

Excellent, back to the takeover plans then I guess.

It's bad enough when I want to go back to Oblivion every now and again as well as wanting to give Morrowind a second chance.

I understand, odds are there'll be a good few quests in Fallout I won't end up doing/get around to/feel like.

Solution: Make a listening to list.

Problem: usually throwing replies together in college when I have a few minutes to spare so not usually listening to anything XP

With this quote army that we're building, I can see that even with my list, I'll need some " pointless filler text" as well :P

It is quite an army alright :P Potentially a most useful, mind-blowing weapon to be used in the revolution should peaceful methods prove fruitless.

Secret underground city? Sounds like a video game or something >.>
Weird, isn't it? But it's 100% real. My geography teacher had the opportunity to enter, but she refused since she thought it would be quite impolite to them, even having an invitation. But anyways, Chinese people can be quite mysterious ._.

It just sounds so...unreal. I mean a whole mysterious Chinese-only city? Still, it sounds really cool.

We'd gladly welcome you, though I'm puzzled as to why the food would be one of the larger attractions as opposed to something putting you off :P
There's nothing like trying actual regional food. It's one of the most important things to me whenever I travel to another place.
Also, I love anything made with potatoes.

Fair enough then, I was just making the point that our regional food isn't exactly spectacular.
