Hm, that's odd to see them in the morning. The only time I ever saw a cross country meet was after school during my football practice. Part of their course was to run around our practice field. The other part was a mile hike up a mountain. :P

Yeah, I'm not used to them being early either. They used to be after school, at about 5:00 or so. I'd love running at 9:00 though if I wasn't worried about leaving on time.

Here's what my workout schedule will look like when I have the colleges gym in walking distance. I know the numbers might not make sense, but I know what it means and it's all that matters. :P It would be my first week's workout with the weights increasing every week.

That's not bad. At all. If I knew what the numbers meant (something about reps and sets, right?) I'd probably steal some of that. I hear though that it's good to have a day of complete rest with no exercise so the muscles can grow.

Wow, I sure HAVE been doing quite a bit of work over the last 24 hours. First I was making the final push to finish off Clock Day 2009 for the icons and just before I was doing a huge tidy up in my room. I'm so lazy I hardly bother tidying my own room. I got the signed Behemoth chicken today so I wanted to give it a nice spot in my room as you can see right here.

I still play a bit of Mario Kart Wii and Brawl but only when I'm playing games with my friends. However, even then I get a bit tired of Brawl. I was hoping they'd have some interest in LittleBigPlanet but they lost interest due to bad levels and just played games on the Wii.

Yeah I actually got tired of Brawl and Mario Kart fairly quickly. I think that's the thing with multiplayer games, when you play them alone you will get bored with them soon.

That's only for local multiplayer games. Online multiplayer games you can spend hours on such as TF2.

Yeah I think it's waaay too expensive as well. I mean, it's mostly fun when you play with more people but you gotta invest hundreds of euros before you finally have all the instruments and none of the individual guitar hero games really have a setlist that can keep you playing for hours I think.

I just wish they made more games that were specific on the music genres rather than one that caters a bit for everyone. I'd be more much satisfied with an all-metal Guitar Hero game but even that depends on what they can get.

It's really hot here as well. It averages 100 degrees plus humidity at times, which makes it feel 110. It's just miserable at times.

For example, on the bench press... 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 means how many repetitions I'm doing. The numbers 250, 260, 270, 280, 290 is the weight I'm doing. 250 goes with the 5 reptitions, etc.. etc...

In fact, if you would like I can create a workout plan that would benefit you the most for sprinting and long distance events. It would probably only take me an hour to do and I enjoy making them. Yes, that's what my ab days are for. It takes me about 20 minutes to do the 3 ab days so I use those as my days of complete rest. I also make sure that there are plenty of days in between the workouts that are the same so I'm not overworking the same muscles.

Someone also came in with a bag full of clothes. (wasn't our bag) They didn't have a receipt and didn't have the card that they used to pay for them with. So they wanted to exchange for the same exact things... There is a way for us to do it without a receipt so I allowed them to go grab what they wanted from the store and come back. They grabbed the same exact clothes, same exact sizes, same exact prices, etc... I asked what was wrong with the original things, but they got nervous and left. I guess if you're going to try and steal at least grab different sizes...

I once had a lecture that was held by three different profs. And I had to buy 3 different books. In the end I didn't take the test because it was way too much to study. The results proved me right: only 17%(!!!) off all those who took the test passed.

Jeez that's really low. I know my study is pretty difficult and generally only around 50% passes a test the first time. On the more difficult subjects it's even less, but I don't think I've never heard of an exam where only 17% passed.

I heard the last test in maths was even worse. Out of... I don't know, about 100 people or so only about 10 passed...

Actually if that happened, I think some special rules come into play because the pass percentage is too low. Like extra resits or something.

I think we have something like that here as well, but the Prof has to give his OK first and in case of the maths tests he said no. Or something like that. I'm not really involved with that test, I just read about the results.

I was more referring to the sound of the language. German is often called a "hard language" because of all the "ch", "k" and other "hard" sounds. I heard dutch people "complaining" that german sounds hard and when they where talking in dutch I thought: "Well, YOUR language doesn't sound any softer..."

Oh like that. Well I think German is a harder language than Dutch, but maybe it's because Dutch people usually have a bit of a modest tone when they're talking.

I've just got to level 21. In my opinion level 21 is the last of the beginner/n00b levels, and all the levels 22 and up are the cooler looking levels. Can't wait to get higher.
