One question: Any ultra dragon porn?

Probably - I just don't want to look, as it would be that nasty.

Crane? Fly? Please explain.
The Crane Fly is also known as the Daddy Long Legs. It has a powerful enough venom to kill a human, but it's teel are not strong enough to pierce human skin. How fortunate.

Alternatively, there's the crane (bird), but I think I've now worn this metaphor out...

And there it shall end. :P

All things have to at some point - I didn't get my fifth achievement within the 24 hours, but I can work on that today.

Just settling down to watch the Yankees and Phils get the World Series underway. I might be back later, but that depends on how the game goes, I suppose :P
It's turning out as I expected so far. The Yanks were close to getting run up in the first but since has calmed down.

... And just as I typed that, Utley single HR.

It was a long night and it kinda hurt me to watch the Yanks being outplayed. Mind you, if there's any team that can bounce back, we can and against Pedro, we're going to split this homestand and head back to Philly on a high.

I predicted Lee would be a stumbling block, but he can't win all 4 games of a World Series, so I;m still confident.

But you WERE discussing about the band to me. What you said still counted. Let's continue with bands we like.

But that's the point. Daylight Savings doesn't save anything. And now that the clocks are set back one hour we have the "normal time" back and we should just leave it at that. :/

Of course it does. It saves energy because it will be light outside until much later so that you don't have to put the lights on in your house. I know "wintertime" is normal time actually, but keeping the time at daylight saving time would be much better for everyone (except the energy companies).

Okay, let's say we just set the clock to daylight savings and never touch it again. Would we really benefit from that in the "wintertime"? For example you have to get up at 6, normally the sun would set at 7. But we set the clock forward for one hour, right? So the sun doesn't set before 8. What do you do? You turn on the lights... it's one and the same thing, really only that you don't turn on the lights in the evening but in the moring. Plus in the winter you'd have to go to work/school/etc in the dark, because the sun would set so late.

If there is any "energy saving effect" it would be so small that the whole thing would be just useless and cost more money to get it all set up than we could possibly save from it in our lifetime.

Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see what Pedro still has in the tank and how soon the bullpen has to step in. Right now they are tied 1-1 end of 4th. Teixeira just nailed one out of the park. I'm sure game one got the Yanks' nose bloodied; lets see if they have a counter punch.

Well not that many people I know wake up that early. I myself wake up at about 6:45 and I've never heard anyone who wakes up earlier at my faculty (because they all live closer by). After about 30-40 minutes I leave the house. In midwinter it will still be dark then, whatever time it is. Then in the evening I could enjoy the daylight for an hour longer, so even in my case I would save about 20-30 minutes of energy.

It might not be an awful lot, but I think it would save energy in the end. Also I think the environment is a much more important factor than the money it would save per family.

LEVEL 42 + #222 IN EXP!!!

Now that's an awesome combination for my achievement, so you could say I'm the 222nd user to reach level 42, despite some deleted users in the past such as Josh.

So I finally reached the sword. My favourite level icon on the site but come to think about it, what's the point of a dragon wielding a sword? I mean, is fire not good enough? It's funny because in stories, it's often a knight killing the dragon (this sounds so harsh D;) with his sword but here, it's the dragon who's holding the sword...Oh well, twice the fun with killing humans! >:)

Yes, I'll be your Ultra Dragon Porn mule.

I will squash you like a bug!

Alternatively, there's the crane (bird), but I think I've now worn this metaphor out...
Yes we have and now Poozy won't be able to kill me with any cranes.

That's it, Poozy, you're done.

Ah, right, that was it. Hmm, I have some time to kill right now - I think I'll check it out once my pizza's done.

Cool - I see that you've gained a medal off that already.

Your appetite for medals appears to be voracious and tenacious at the same time.
Bodacious!

Okay, I'm out of 'acious' ending words now.

Well, Pedro is a wily old fox that has a lot up top, despite not having so much in the tank. I feel he's been talking to Jamie Moyer and could pitch next season as well, when the contract offers come rolling in.

We're still his daddy though :P AJ pitched really well and at about 3.30 am, I was standing up in my lounge, calling the Home Plate calls for each out that Mo recorded. Nervous? Perhaps. Victorious? Most certainly.

Yeah, the Blams is something that's happening, while the Flash Reviews is something else that I'll catch you for.

Given time, I'll make sure I can pass you for that as well. You're not the only one suffering butthurt from me of late :P

LEVEL 42 + #219 IN EXP!!!

Now that's an awesome combination for my achievement, so you could say I'm the 219th user to reach level 42, despite some deleted users in the past such as Josh.

Nice job Bahamut!

That's too bad man. I know how you feel. It gets old occasionally. Just stop doing anything for a few weeks/months and when it crosses your mind one day, check back and see all the new stuff here, and it'll make the site fresh again. Until next time. Take care.

There are people that have to get up at 5 or even earlier (when my gf finally starts working as a doctor, she would have to get up pretty early). So I'd still say the saved energy by setting the clock forward one hour would only be marginal, if existant at all.

It might not be an awful lot, but I think it would save energy in the end. Also I think the environment is a much more important factor than the money it would save per family.

Yeah, I shouldn't have used the word "money" in my last paragraph. To be honest, I don't even know what exactly I was trying to say with it anymore. ^^

Anyway, I'm not totally against your idea, I just misunderstood you in the beginning, I just realized that today. All I want is that politicians get rid of this stupid "set clock back/forth one hour" thing and I realized that if we just set our clocks forward for one hour and then leave it at that, we would achieve the same thing I voted for in the beginning: Getting rid of that "set your clock"-thing. :)

Fuck, forgot half of my post. I'm at the university right now (attending a lecture from 3pm to 8pm, ugh!) and I have to use firefox. I'm not used to it and it stinks. So sorry for doubleposting. :/

I should listen to some Rhapsody to learn how to kill dragons...

They were really letting Pedro have it; I see there is still no love lost between the NY fans and him.

Game 3 probables: Pettitte v Hamels. I think this really depends on how Hamels does; he has been up and down a lot this season, but has done fairly well in the postseason. And of course, there is no DH for this game, so no game-changing homer for Matsui.

I figure you would have some attack involving a sword shooting out at your enemy. You know, something like this:
