Nah - we think it was down to leaving it parked for almost 48 hours in cold weather, when it's been used to running pretty much daily in much warmer conditions.

Orange, Purple, and Black are all traditional Halloween colors and I see those three everywhere. My guess is that purple is a nice secondary color for orange.

And no, "they don't take themselves seriously" is not an valid argument, because a) they really do take themselves seriously and b) it's not an valid argument. :P

Also, who considers "Fuel" the best song? "King nothing", "Until it sleeps" or "Memory remains" are much better in my opinion.

Yeah, but it is included in the time window you gave. I think we can just leave out "Garage Inc." because it's a cover ablum. S&M may be a live album, but the tracks are all arragent in a different way. So if you say "all albums from Load to St. Anger have bad songwriting" this includes S&M and Michael Kamen's work as well.
