The only game I thought was reasonable getting a 15 rating was the first just for the mutants later on and of course, the violence. :P
Oh yeah I guess the skinless creatures could justify the game being rated 15. I never thought the violence was bad at all but I guess whoever chose the ratings for the first few games did. Maybe they were more strict in 1996 because Anniversary only got a 12 rating.
Yeah, the gaming industry was probably more strict back then and the age rating was right for its time. However, 11/12 rating would have been more appropriate for the other two games but ah well. I'm more than old enough to play them so no biggie.
Or even better, both games for just £3 altogether. I decided to order one on Tuesday and once I get it, it'll be time to replay the games. :) Sure, I might have trouble installing them but I should be fine with the patches and such.
Sounds good. Currently I've only got TR2 installed on my PC and it has some problems with the cutscenes and stuff. Also it doesn't like the fact that I use my TV as a monitor and it messes with the resolution. I've also heard that TR1 runs in DOS which may cause problems if it's true but I guess we'll both find out.
Yeah, it's retail copies so there's bound to be problems. However, I'll see what the Tombraiders site has to help me out and hopefully I'll be good to go with playing those two games. I think I'll be fine considering Tomb Raider 3 worked with ease when I played it last month. Well, that was only in Lara's Home but still.
Your level sounds complicated (not to mention hard as hell to beat); I can see why you could have trouble programming it, especially if each enemy needs specific landscape features to beat it. If you ever make it let me know so I can play it and get my arse handed to me.
I don't think it'll be complicated to make for a level design since the most I'll probably have is 2 or 3 Torso Beasts in one room and that'll be it. Still, it's worth a shot and if I manage to get this level built, I'll be sure to let you know. :)
Fanboys are just ignorant.
Truer words were never spoken. :D

Bastard is only a shitty review mod. Plus when will the next underrated, best poster become a mod. Lots of mods have been De-'ed so there could be some slots open. Correct me.
Best poster? Who are you talking about?

Oh that explains a ton. I hate Facebook more than FF. Ask Bahamut how much I hate Final Fantasy and you will see how much I despise Facebook.
Yes Recon, iscrulz hates FF a lot and he is a fucking disgrace for doing so.

*looks at time stamps for both posts* Is there a particular reason why the two had to be in seperate posts?
