Using opera ONLY for gfoxcook and using firefox ONLY for gfoxclock/gfox helps a lot, and it's why I started that system when I retired in October '05. If I ever make a mistake, it'll be getting a save or blam for gfox by accident instead of gfoxclock, and that I can live with. The only reason I don't b/p for gfox is that I need to blam for gfoxclock and save for gfoxcook, but once I retire my main at twin 36ks, I won't mind the occasional accidental sharing between my two alts. #;-}>

If I used that method I would still screw up my 100:1 blam to saves alt or something like that I don't get how it prevents gfoxcook from blamming and gfoxclock from saving. Something about not being able to double vote.

And if you meant how long will it take me to get to retirement... well, not too long. I was predicting 2010 some time ago (mid-2008 or so), but based on how close I am now, and if Clock Day '09 is as good for me as the last two CDs were, then I can see myself getting there even before 2010 hits. Time will tell.

Only time can tell. Well less than 4,000 saves less near 1K on Clock day. It should be easy getting it before 2010 dont stop for little milestones and you should be fine.

I was pretty shocked to read about MJ´s dead. This morning I heard on the news that he had a heart attack, but there was no mention of his death yet. Saw it later today in the paper.

I didn´t like his music much, but I always felt a bit sorry for him with all those accusations against him. Never really believed any of them were true to be honest. I believe he was a guy that really did love children in a good way.

Judging from NG Logs he's gaining around 3 B/P a day, so I guess he (or the syndicate behind the account) is voting on 5 UJ flashes a day. Also, he leveled up to private some time ago, I rember he made quite a jump in the top voting power list.

No, it's not Coop83 posting as me this time; it's the real me. :) He sent me an IM earlier this month which I only got now (did I ever mention I hate msn?) telling me that my account's passed 100,000 total points now and inviting me to come back to the lounge to wax nostalgic, so... here I am. ^^

Chances are I won't become very active on NG again, even though I *would* like to get to 100k blams/saves eventually, but maybe I'll find some time to at least check the lounge occasionally. To be quite honest, I do miss it, too.

In the FAQ it clearly states that any number of people can be Level 60, but only if they have the SAME experience points. Now unless you aren't allowed to deposit anymore when you reach Level 60 (which is stupid) then the gaps are obviously going to increase again like they did pre-design, or again it might only affect the gap between Level 59 and Level 60 (but that would also be stupid) so it's obviously going to affect at least Levels 20+, minorities being the lower levels and increasing the deposit gap as the levels increase.

Again, this is purely speculation at this point but from the information in the FAQ it's clear whats going to happen.

So it's like this:
for example, pimp reaches level 60 and stops depositing and bomb catches up to the same experience points and they both stop. We would have 2 Level 60's, but if one deposits then they would take Level 60 and the point gaps will increase like it used to. That's right yes because thats what it sounds like.

In the FAQ it clearly states that any number of people can be Level 60, but only if they have the SAME experience points. Now unless you aren't allowed to deposit anymore when you reach Level 60 (which is stupid) then the gaps are obviously going to increase again like they did pre-design, or again it might only affect the gap between Level 59 and Level 60 (but that would also be stupid) so it's obviously going to affect at least Levels 20+, minorities being the lower levels and increasing the deposit gap as the levels increase.

You don't know that for certain. The FAQ hasn't been updated in that fashion since pre-redesign. They changed the Level number, that was all. They're keeping their cards close to their chests until Pimp reaches Level 60.

I hope that when it gets to Level 60, Wade loses it and deletes Pimp :P

Again, this is purely speculation at this point but from the information in the FAQ it's clear whats going to happen.

Actually I think it´s not unlikely that only the level 60 requirement will go up.

I mean, there won´t be any bitching by the regulars who are gonna say that things are gonna be like old days and who are gonna demand more levels.

And the stupid situation in which there are like 40 level 59's out there is probably not gonna happen anytime soon either. If you look at the top exp list, you´ll see that the person ranked #5 is already a year behind in depositing compared to Pimp. Not to mention that the person ranked 40th needs 3 years to get to level 59 after Pimp reaches level 60.

Then again, I won´t be suprised if they´re gonna make 100 levels either, with the level 100 requirement being 50,000 experience or so. But this is more work than the solution provided above.

Well, the whole purpose of my Alternative Character Battle was to get overlooked characters more exposure than they would on GameFAQs' tournaments. Something like that would be what I did already but with much less characters. This is why I'm going to make special tournaments on a specific subject such as a PS1 special I hope to do sometime.

Lol. When the redisign came, they only changed the "30" to a "60". The FAQ also states that "Levels 1 through 8 are static in that their level requirements and range remain fixed; each is 50 experience points apart" which obviously is wrong.
If that part is wrong, the rest stated there can be doubted, too.

See above, the FAQ is outdated, it was never changed when the redisign came (except for the change from "30" to "60").

It MAY be that the level gaps start to scale again (but then the whole process of adding 30 more levels would be pointless), I guess we can only know for sure once Pimp reaches level 60.

I think the black album is overrated. It's a good album, but by far not that great (my fav album is Ride the Lightening, btw).
St. Anger... well, if the sound wheren't so shitty it would be a much better album. >_> The songs are pretty intensive and dynamic.
Death Magnetic: A good album. Maybe a bit boring if you listen to it all in one go, but definetly a good album.
