Well, it's more like guidelines - we're pretty easy going:

Level 10+
Experience; Blams; Saves; Total B/P; Posts - every 1,000 Points
Medals - every 1,000 Points (Some users only congratulate every 5,000 at present)
Reviews - every 100 for flash and audio, every 1,000 for total reviews
B/P rank - every rank up from Private, or from 1,000 B/P, whatever suits you.
Total Points - Every 10,000 (Blams + Saves + Experience + Posts + Total Reviews)
Account berfdays - so many years since signup
User birthdays
'Special Numbers' - 1,111; 12,345 etc. Nothing too outlandish here.

I think that about covers it.

Some say the fuzzy axe is a horrible level icon. I, however, beg to differ. I think it looks pretty cool, and the fuzz adds some flair to its already decent image.

I like this icon a lot, as I have for a while now. No complaints on this new level-up.
