For both! If you happened to have leveled up, or reached a certain number of stats, you can post it here. Seeing as there are no stat threads allowed on the BBS, this is the only thread where you can post your level up without breaking the rules.

Lol, yup! You can also post whenever you've reached a certain amount in stats. These stats can include BBS Posts, B/P Points, Voting Power, Reviews, etc.

I don't know what the record is, as to the best of my knowledge that is not a stat that has been kept track of over the years.
I can however give you an idea of how quickly some users have gotten SC in the past. BonusStage signed up on 4/20/04 and got the final rank on (or very near to) the date 5/22/05. Meaning he reached Sup. Commander in around 400 days.
Once again, if that's the record or not, I have no idea.

Check how ADT (Joker_ADT) got it I think I recall users saying he was the quickest. 8-24-05 to circa 7-7-06. only 317. I believe is the fastest.
