Just for the future it is not considered a achievement for any level befor level 10 and here are the rest below:
~Exp points in the 1,000 increments and for 5 of a kind ex. 5,555
~B/p points after 1,000 of them then it is a achievement and in the 1,000 increments as well and five of a kind
~Post's after 1,000 and in increments of 1,000 as well and 5 of a kind such as 5,555
~100 reviews and in 100 increments are accepted
