Nice, as I said. When I can drive, I'm driving everywhere.

Ah, that sucks. Hopefully it isn't fucked up too bad.
Clutch cable, possibly an issue with the pedal box - we're talking £80 + VAT to get the cable sorted, so it's not the end of the world.

So nothing too serious then. I remeber when my friend was driving his parents' car an on the highway the flat drive belt broke... the whole engine didn't run smoothly afterwards because the belt wasn't installed properly, and because of that it finally broke (and the camshaft wasn't where it was supposed to be after it broke, too).
That was far more expensive then just 80 Pounds. And worst of all, we couldn't get home! We were around 500km away from home. And it was my birthday, too. That was far worse than the money. >_>

Ah, so Saxons are the Eurpoean equivalent of Hicks in America then?
Don't know how the typical Hick speaks, but I don't think it will sound as bad to my ears as the saxon accent.
*climbs to top of telephone pole* "Hay, ah cayan carll mah Marh from up heya. Hay Marh! Gayt owf the dayam roof!"

Ah, I was thinking of Cletus when I was thinking about Hicks. I should try and watch the Simpson in english, then. XD

hey guys, please drop the darknessdweller stuff.

I don't care who started it or who said what. I'm ending it right here. If you don't like him; ignore him. If you have more to say; too bad. If you don't reply to him, then there's less of a mess to clean up.

If shit gets stirred up again, can somebody please send a PM to NEVR or me?

Thanks ^_^

My friend and his father got the car back in a working state, though. And then they sold it. ^^

Yeah, we (my gf, my friend and me) had to stay a day in that town (Erfurt). The next day a other friend drove all the way down to Erfurt to get the car on a truck trailer and to get it back to Hamburg.
And me and my gf had to take the train... we had to pay 100EU for the tickets and it took us 6 hours to get back home. -_-

I'm not really big on sweets myself but it's going to be a pain remembering what I can and can't have, especially if it has pieces of chocolate in it.

Just yesterday, I order some fast food and I got half way down the road until I remembered I couldn't drink my drink. 'doh

It's hard but I guess that's the fun of it . . .
