Oh yes, flying around in cars is so much fun. The first few hours I played this I only looked for good places to jump and didn't care about the story.
In fact, I just finished the game shortly before I bought GTA:VC. But that was because I didn't like part 3 that much in the beginning. It was just too different from part 1 (and part 2, but part 2 sucks). Only later I discovered the goodlyness of a 3D GTA. :D
