I'm just wondering, what ever happened to NintendoMadness? I don't think I've seen him on the BBS in quite a while. Does he still make lists here?I hope he's spending his time away from here to look at teh Lemonparty.
I'm sure that's what he's doing, yes.

Hello, I would like to say I'm 69th place in Experience and I will be level 43 in 3 weeks.

Sorry Bedn, but everyone who's behind Shrapnel in exp "gained" 1 exp ranking in the past week, because Shrapnel's rank glitched to "0" a few days ago.
It's a lie. You're still #70 in exp. Just like I'm still #64, not 63 like my profile erroneously states.
That goes for everyone else, of course. Just that most people outside of the top 100 aren't going to notice just one ranking move as much as we who hardly ever get to pass anyone do.
You will be passing alexsmolik soon to actually take #69, I'd wager.

It's not a may be, it's a definitely. There were rumours about it as long ago as December, and it was confirmed by Activision over a month ago. It's the same thing as the Rocks the 80s, it's a spinoff of GH3 just like that was a spinoff of GH2. No real new gameplay, same engine... just new songs and character models/outfits/etc.Nice, I'll be happy enough with that
You an Aerosmith fan? A lot of GH fans aren't, but I like 'em okay. Not one of my fave bands by any measure, and I don't really like their 1985-1995 period too much, back when they started making all those Alicia Silverstone videos and all... but some of their 70s/early 80s stuff is pretty awesome, and they are certainly about as far as you can get from a one-hit wonder. 30 songs for a GH will be easy for them to provide, and only 5 of them will be "huh????" producers.
They've got an amazing amount of well known works.
It'll be 2 other bands' songs and 3 Aerosmith songs per level/tier of the game.W00t, we need some variation and more things by Kiss, Malmsteen and Satriani
I'm afraid none of those will be the other bands. I've seen several of them mentioned on a GH.com forum posting. They include bands such as White Stripes, the Kinks, etc.
It's times like these that I wish BEEBO was on the Portal banner.Would BEEBO be inversely graffiti'd? Would he lose the moustache?
Oh wait... that's ALL the time. Grrrrrr.
Hahahah. Well, BEEBO has had different facial hair over the years. They could still slap the same sort of beard on him that everyone else has. Or give him a handlebar moustache like they gave Foamy.
Ohhh you better be with the Habs this year buddy :)Never. My money, as always is riding on the Avs and their 3-2 lead voer the Wild holding out. 80% of teams winning game 5 from a 2-2 series tie go on to win that series. We won last night, so hopefully we can kick the Wild out of the playoffs in Denver!
Who the hell are the Habs, anyway?

There isn't much of a conflict anymore. There's the odd gangland thing but that's the same everywhere really.
Again, I really didn't mean violence.
The incompatibilities are really non existant. The two religions are so similar it's actually silly. I can imagine if people in Ireland weren't so stubborn and could actually accept that fact there would be no hate etc. But that's just being idealist and our society doesn't work like dat.
They SHOULD be non-existent, but then what were people fighting over for decades and decades, eh?
No matter how similar humans are, if they're stuck together in a room, a city, a nation, wherever... (a planet, even)... they will find a way to have problems with the differences of others and fight about it. Hopefully the fighting stays to verbal, political, economical.... and doesn't turn to war.
I didn't know it was that much of a change, that really is bad. But the thing is the world is in "economic crisis" so everything must seem to be justified. I heard that Saudi Arabia isn't producing as much fuel as it did because the demand has gone down. But then how can prices be so high if there doesn't need to be as much??? I think it's way too controlled, we need oil & oil based products so why not make them hugely expensive WE'LL STILL BUY IT.
Yeah, I know we're not alone. But we're actually doing way worse than you guys right now. Europe is doing well compared to the US.
We're all sucking ass compared to China, of course.
Well depends in what direction but yes pretty much, I never actually thought of it that way.
Well, to the West, then. That should guarantee it. #;-}>
How much would it cost to drive accross Texas then, roughly. I'd say to go from Belfast to Cork, most northenly & southernly cities (well they're just 2 glorified towns really :P) it would probably cost about 100Euro ish.
It's 1000 miles from the west tip of Texas to the east tip. So.... about $120 bucks, at least.
I suppose I have to travel halfway across Ireland just to go to college from my house on Monday morning. And it does only take me about 2 hours.
Hahah. If Americans could travel halfway across the country in 2 hours by roads, then yes... you wouldn't hear us complaining about the current fuel costs. #;-}>
I find it really bad that an economy built on transport and competitivness is now starting to break down just because people must meet the same profit margins. I have a great respect for truck drivers. There job is so hard and time consuming. And without them we wouldn't have anything at all really.
Yeah. You gotta respect the truckers.
I suppose the only advantage you have is your road system is better but that's only a small easing on the strain of the driving problem. And mainland europe's roads are excellent. I suppose it's only a matter of time till it gets worse. Unless dratic steps are taken.
I think it's a myth our road system is better than Europe's. It's certainly bigger. But that doesn't mean better.
Japan has way more of its entire nation covered by paved roads than we do. Japan could claim best.

That's very true. It's always more fun to climb the ladder than to have simply been situated at the top of it almost since the beginning - IMO, anyway.
In some ways, yep. It certainly stops you from being as complacent as you could get from the other way.
Yeah, so I guess there's a silver lining of all those missed deposits after all :)
Just a slight one, but one nonetheless, yes. #;-}>
