I started a FFXII 100% run recently, but only got to the Sandsea and just kinda...stopped.
I gotta finish Dragon Quest VIII, too, along with starting/finishing a ton of other games. Vice City Stories, The Godfather, Hitman: Silent Assassin, Ico, Viewtiful Joe; just to name a few. I might try to do more on Resident Evil 4, though, Never did get the last 3 unlockable weapons.
