Yo can vote on anything that's currently in the portal Killerbob420. If you're looking for points to raise your badge rank then only vote on the under judgment submissions found in the top left column with the light grey background.

Vote zero or one for a blam point.
Vote two, three, four or five for a protection point.

The submission in question must be blammed to receive the blam point and likewise it must be saved to receive the protection point. Got it dude?

Yeah, the huge gap that you suddenly get can be frustrating - but if you don't deposit, well, you'll not get to level 10 or beyond earlier, either. Quite the opposite, in fact. :)
