You don't get exp, from rating flashes, you get it, from VOTING on flashes. Just vote on 5 movies/games. After the 5th vote, you will see orange letters, that say "Click here to deposit your experience."
Click it, and your exp will be deposited for the day. Yes, the DAY, as in you can only do it ONCE.
