if your trying to say that this topic has lost its use due to the addition of uotd.php, then I should let you know that this topic is for more then just showing the UOTD
its also a place for those past UOTD to express their appreciation
such as expressed by XwaynecoltX

and its also a place to be informed as to the process that is UOTD such as the questions asked by SkinnyPuppet83 and Spicy

uotd.php is just a cold, heartless list
this topic serves such a greater purpose

it is not spam
it is an archive of importance

But it no longer needs us to document every "1 post" UOTD on a daily basis as we've been doing (that info is useless if those ppl never actually come into the BBS) ..but sure if someone we know (or we ourselves) become UOTD then it's worth the discussion.

That being said ":( SOMEBODY IS UOTD" doesn't explain anything, and just confuses new-commers - as you just now said!! Therefore the thread has to be restarted cleanly like .."OMG LOO|< WHOz *User of the Day*"
