Argh Help Plz

This is annoyin im like 1/10 thru my flash and a problem came up if made screenies for help.
The one layer i had made for a character has being doin fine up to this point.Here!

But i changed it to a graphic to tween it when the tweening was done i wanted to break it apart so i cud convert to symbols. When i do this tho the previous Frame coems up and when i delete it the character turns up in different posistions. THis is causing a major problems which i hope can be resolved

woa they got shrunk :D what i mean is "here it goes"

i think its somthin to do with the symbols fuckin up cause when i break apart a previous graphics that i used on the motion tweening its dosent just break apart another graphics adds on top of it if i delete that graphic the legs are removed and its just fuckin up :D >:\
