Well, that one wasnt a flamer, but I still thought the quality and voice acting was pretty poor. The one with Snape and some other student was very good, the voice impression of Snape wasnt too bad. The other one with hand made shots of HP5 was quite impressive. But the ones with Solid Snake com link and the ones with Dragonball z characters was total crap, no matter how ood the art was, Harrys voice was butchered and it showed him smoking weed which, I didnt take it too kindly.

I finally got my mother to see HP4 and she was amazed. She says, This time, they sure did add some good specal effects. I liked how they did with Mad eye Moody .
I even thought the Triwizard tasks were tough as hell to compete in. It was sooooo good, I had to see it again!

and this has been my 3rd time this year.

Is the one with the Harry Potter chat in there.

I remember one of them with the "cyber" children. That there will millions of them from internet-sex and that "muggles couldn't see them".

Now I usually love a positve, non-idiotic way to portray Harry Potter. But that line made me laugh so very hard...

I would definently not recomend it, period! I saw this underjudgement flash with a ripped out Harry Potter scenes from HP4 and the author was talking over the clip when Harry was talking and he said the F word! Harry would never say that, so I voted 0 n it and blew the wistle on that crap. I wish someone would make a flash game to play as Harry cast spells on stupid muggle flash authors who keep on making crappy movies about him, and no it dosent have to be blood and gore at all, it can be that Harry can have a charm to cast a pumpkin head on the persons head, or transfigure him into somthing funny like turn his head into a fruit object and still keep that flamers face just like you see on those crazy fruit gushers commerals. Maybe Harry can stop getting the pWnings and start delivering them dont you think?

Nice, never noticed this before. I've read most of book 1 and all of book 5, and have seen movies 1-4 so far. I'm right now about 1/3 of the way into book 2, which I started reading because I can't remember anything about the second movie.

Oh I got put in Ravenclaw when I did the quiz.

I been seeing flash movies with Harry Potter movie scenes in it, with some people are talking over it. And you thought that CAMERA-BOI was bad enough? What's so good about ripping off a movie scene and then go make a gay verson out of it by possing your own voice over it and making the scenes sound bad? I guess some people have no sence.

ive done that sorting hat thing before, so i didnt bother. its easy to get urself sorted into any house you want. example: to get into gryfindor make all your choices seem heroic, for slytherin just be really selfish...anyways i tend to be sorted into gryfindor when i answer them from my heart. so i guess ill say gryfindor.

the one thing about book 7 is that everyone thinks it will be longest book of the series...I do not believe it will be...The thing about J.K. Rowlings writing is that she seems to pass time very easily in the way she writes...

no doubt there will be a lot going on in the final installment, but I do not belive it will be any longer than the previous two...

however if there already has been an estimated page count by Rowling then what I've just said is completely my opinion...

Im looking foward to BOOK 7 very much...some things to think about?

1) The phrophecy as told in OOTP(order of the phoenix) is that, people seem to think that it is about Harry and Voldemort, when I believe it to be about Dumbledore and not Harry...course I could be wrong as in time we will find out...

2) How will Harry best Lord Voldemort when at the end of BOOK 7, Snape bested Harry so easily...even giving him lil hints if you believe Snape is still on the Good Side...Harry will have to undergo some serious training if he is to have a showdown with the Dark Lord...

3) The Horcrux? Still a mystery, but J.K. has hinted to Rare Items belonging to the founders of Hogwarts...do you think they would be hidden in such items? For the better of the last few books Harry's scar has played a role, small and minute compared to the first book...but still it's presence is being made, what kind of mystical powers does it hold, is it possible that it could, but unlikely be a Horcrux?

just making conversation...I've not done any research based on my accusations above...just my opinion on things...

Hi, I just stumbled onto this group this evening. I would like to join up, too. I am a Slytherin and will always be a Slytherin. I love the books, the films and everything about the Potter World. I'm glad to see that I am not the only one to have a Potter wand. Actually, I've got the whole Slytherin student uniform except for the tie...that's next on my list of things to acquire. Someday, I will go on a Harry Potter tour of Britain and dress the part as a loyal Slytherin.
I've been to two midnight book releases, the second one I went to in costume. I dressed as Bellatrix Lestrange, death eater. I love to play in role-play groups, but most are not really canon-based and that grates on me. I prefer games that are reasonably based on canon, meaning that Snape will not suddenly be a fair-minded individual who has no problem with Harry and Gryffindors in general. Does anyone know of any that are good?

She has said that there will be no additional sequels or prequels to the series after book 7, but she MIGHT write an encyclopedia type book about the wizarding world, a bit like Quidditch Through Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. For charity, of course.

Hm, I never thought of the encyclopedia style. That sounds pretty cool.

Well, I just began reading the Goblet of Fire, to refresh my memory (I've been reading the series over) and after about a day I'm at the part where dumbledore explains the Triwizard Tournament, and the Goblet. I'd say I'm making decent progress (Its about page 200) for only a day.

Also, I was inspired by Fred and George Weasley, those two little pranksters. I'm going to make my own pranking concauction! I am thinking of making something really hot, but clear enough to make unoticible, to slip into someones food. Generic, I know, but a muggle like me can't make Ton-Tounge Toffies! If you have any other ideas I could use, I'd gladly use some of them!

By the way, this club needs to be more active. Post my friends! Show your love of this great novel!

...That was my favorite book of the series soo far...however HBP is 2nd...

I was a bit disappointed when the movies started changing things around...it was OH SO IMPORTANT when they first started making the movies that they stick to the BOOK, but I guess J.K. finally sold out and decided what's best for making more money and not integrity of the books...

the last movie completely changed the story around to work for the movie...but it was still pretty good...but it's things like that, that piss off the readers...

After Voldermorts downfall, who will be the next villian? A new conspiricy? a plot made by a few muggles trying to discover the wizard world? Well, only J.K.Rowling knows the answer to that.

Well, It maybe that Voldermort knows (and has mastered) a certain kind of magic which can be used to make people see things that are either really happening or not, not like an imperious curse however but more like a dream tampering spell, and a powerful type of magic on that.

Oh, yes, the Horcrux, that must be a seriously powerful form of dark magic splitting your soul and putting it in an object or smaller thing or somthing? Dont forget on the "Chamber of Secrets" Harry already destroyed one of them. (Remember the Tom Marvolo Riddle diary?) That was one of them.

Definately. The actors that portray them are amazing. I wish Bill and Charlie had been shown in the films too. Every Weasley member is great on screen.

Apparently Rowling is stopping Harry after the 7th book. It consumes vast amounts of her life and she wants to be with her kids.

But an book on Harry's adult life would be cool.

I always thought a book about James' youth at Hogwarts would be great too. The whole friendship vs Snape thing.
Or possibly about Riddle's time at Hogwarts/leaving and becoming Voldemort.

Its possible Dumbledore requested Snape to kill him in order to further inflitrate the Death Eaters.
Dumbledore's insane like that afterall. Plus he's the kinda guy that could transcend death - like Obi Wan in the original Star Wars.
