ok than.

You mean, what did Dumbledore see or experience when he drank it? It must have been some kind of hallucinogenic substance that took Dumbledore on a VERY bad trip =P

lol ok we'll see..

Anyway, the point was to make the person who drank it drink the water too, which would awaken the Inferi. We can only guess how it actually works.

watch NOW.

I've been meaning to ask some one, does anyone have an idea of who R. A. B. might be?

As usual, I'll be posting about events that occur in the sixth book, so if you haven't read it, be warned.

I stumbled across an intriguing Harry Potter related webpage that supports the theories about Dumbledore being still alive, and my theory about how Snape isn't really evil. If you want to skip the introduction, just click the "Read the Clues" link on the bottom of the page. There's going to be a lot of text, though.

Here's the link.

And be more active you guys, kthx.

Okay, so I know I haven't posted in here in a while - so what? I've been busy. :)

Anyway, did anyone see the commercials for Goblet of Fire?
It looks so badass.
You should look at the trailers, too. I recommend the international one. You can go to movies.com to find it and just put in harry potter.

So awesome. And Order of the Phoenix is projected for 2007.
Yay.
And... I don't know when the last Harry Potter book will be released. Mugglenet.com is a great site to figure it out.

I don't think there's an official release date yet, but the last estimation I heard was sometime between 2007-2009. The author is now taking a little time for herself and her family.

We don't want her to write in a rush, do we? :)

Well, looks like there really is a Harry Potter club already. Oh, sorry about that new one this morning, I wasnt looking hard enough, I own Harry Potter books 1 through 6, and have purchaced my mother an offical Harry Potter merchndise wand from The Noble Collectionlast year. They have all sorts of stuff. I just got the light up wand for my cousin as well, this year. I also have movies 1 through 3 (on DVD) and the Gamecube games 1 through 4 allong with the Quidditch world cup game and the old gameboy advance games. Oh, did I menson I made some homemade wands out of wooden dowels and arts and crafts material? I am working on one yesterday. I made 1 last year and 2 sets of a pair. Oh, my favorite house is Griffindor, cause my mom is a big Harry Potter fan too, my dad dosent really care about it. So apparently that would make me muggle born. I also have an interest in both Magic, science, monsters, artifacts and runes, plus I also favor magical divices of both humanmade, Elven, high-tech divices, and half-elf made. Can I join please? I also run a club too but still I am a divoted Harry Potter fan.

I got dryffindor from the sorting hat.

I first read Harry Potter like five or six years ago, not entirely sure. I've only read the first four, and as I few weeks ago saw the fourth movie, I took my trusty ol' Potters and read them through. I only have the finnish versions, so some of the time I won't understand most of what you guys will talk about (some of the names had been changed).

I don't take revenue from my profile.

Im still working on my homeade wand, I think it's going to be the best one I made, I just painted the top part last night. I finnished all the trimming, cutting, and glueing. If you guys want to make your own wand, you should find some dowels and water based paint. (color or more of your choice) Do you think I should engrave some zodiac symbols on the handle?

What I use to make mine was different sizes of dowels, and some different shaped wood pieces used in arts & crafts, and home projects. I would also recomend using gorrila glue, cause it's good and strong and you can paint on it.

I made some in the past but they dont look too realistic and the handles are too familliar. If I get the time, I can take pictures of my homemade wands and post them here if you like.

My new wand is FINNISHED!!

Now I have to show it to a few people and see if they like it. When I get the time, I can take a snapshot of it and post it here and see if you guys like it. How does that sound?

Here is the picture of the finnished wand. It took me 3 days to do it, all by myself. Wanna know how I did it?
#1. I started out with a bunch of dowels of different forms and shapes.
#2. I looked over piece by piece and selected out the best ones. Then I took a small dowel for the handle frame and glued it overnight.
#3. Then I assembled the main part and glued that onto the handle. After that, I took my Leatherman tool and carved it.
#4. After the carving, I took out my trusty wand paint kit and went to work. Also I gave it a few coats and be sure to use a vise to hold it in place while painting.
#5. Then I drew in runes of the 9 plannets of our solar system.

So what do you think?

This is the same wand, but there is a big end at the handle which would make charmwork easier. Wish and Flick to wand winding would be more comfortible do you think? Here is an enlarged pic of it.

Here is my first wand. I had to get my dad to help me with them. They werent so hard anyway, I only had to paint it one color anyway. It was quite long to begin with, but I bet it would make any spell a bit stronger.

This is my second wand. A bit similar to the handle but it's much shorter and a bit more realistic but not perfect. I call these my Twin wands because you have wands on both hands and you can double your casts on either 1 or 2 targets. So what do you think?

Here is a first extra fig pic of my new wand. You can hold it like any other wand if you wish. You can basicly do spells just as good as any other wand ever made. Just be careful not to poke someone in the eye or rub the wand too much because its kina rough and may scrape you if you handle it too roughly.

In this next fig pic, you can see that im holding the wand at the very end of it. Thats because I desighned this wand to have a big end to it which makes wishing & Flicking, clockwise wand rotations and quick tapping a breeze. Nice do you think?

In the Harry Parody portal, ther are only few flash movies that are concidered decent, the others were just crap. From flamers to crap makers, they make Harry and his friends look bad. Whats your oppinion about that?
