To be fair, there is nothing wrong with nicking drums n synth from loops long as you chop it up.
I mean come on, the biggest selling artists "coughs RAP coughs" nick entire samples from artists that came before them, so its a bit silly to tell others not to.

Lol dont get me started with rap plz, its bs, idiot high school drop outs with no talent and no vocabulary most of the time talking not singing to a premade loop plz...artist? Ha, no offense to anyone but cmon why not just prostitue yourself? Theres always the exception though, there anre many rap artists who deserve to be out there.

Do what i do. if you find somthing you like, remake it from scratch to sound the same, then transpose it/reverse it/add a delay line/reverb it/whatever. That way, if sombody accuses you of plagurizing, you can bite back and show you have the origional files :D

Another tactic is to find a sample you like in a commercial track, nick it, and try copying it, this time by using free samples mashed together. You'll have to be careful of flanging, and it wont be a nice clean sound, but maybe thats the same as the sound you're copying :)

lol sorry i didn treally elaborate well, i hate when loops of other ppls song are being used and credied as ones own... i know ppl call these "remixes" sometimes but well i just dislike it and thats my opinion.
