i need some of the best flash help

man this is weird, i used to be able to do a shit load of button things, im at my cousins computer. and i have Flash MX Professional 2004 like in my own computer, but i just dont know, i do what i did in my old computer to make things work (button wise) but it doesnt! i need intense help!
