Got a weard sound problem?

Okay...
I have begon on my flash, but when i tested it the sound as there before the actual animation. ( like: you hear a shot, but the animation of the shot in a few seconds later. )

What am i doing wrong?

I suggest you make the gunshot a movieclip, and in that movieclip put the sound. That usually works for me

You gotta align the sound with the animation,move the sound a bit forward if it starts before the actual gunshot

Stream the gunshot... when a sound is streamed it plays as the movie goes through those frames and not all at once... that will fix your problem.
