Nice to hear that you found your first day there to be good. The first week or two is always a good time to get to know the people around you. Waiting too long to meet people can be awkward later on so try making some friends as soon as you can.

I did think it was funny for the most part. I wondered why whoever was doing it had chosen me but some of the stuff they wrote was very funny. Despite not putting too much effort in the majority of flashes I've submitted, making that many flashes was quite a task. Now I've got this big 100th flash to do and if I get everything done right, it'll blow the water out of everything I made before it. Seriously, it'll put my best works to shame (i.e. Both A Bahamut's Xmas Tale flashes and Pokémon Bahamut Version).

It's true however, that PAL users are treated like shit (see Final Fantasy X. Luckily I can change the width and hights of the picture on my monitor that the PS2 is connected with, so I could simply make the picture larger). Even though PAL is superior to NTSC... :/

Well, the PAL version had the Dark Aeons and Penance, which were very nice challenges. However, in order to beat those bosses, you'd have to be maxed out on every stat, besides luck and HP, which aren't necessary to max out on. I never got myself to max out on all those stats, so my chances of beating Dark Bahamut, Dark Yojimbo, Dark Anima, Dark Magus Sisters and Dark Anima were very slim. Oh, and that's if I don't use Zanmato on every fucking boss. I still wonder why they made such a ridiculously cheap move on FFX.

As a result of how often we get treated like shit for video games, whenever the next-gen consoles are released, I'll try and get the American version of the consoles I'm after, unless some happen to be region-free, which I heard is so for the PS3.

Yeah, the PS3 is region free. But I still buy european versions because I don't want to spent extra money for importing stuff.

Actually, a new game in America is worth $40 - 60, which is around £20 - 30 in the UK. A new game in the UK is usually priced around £30 - 50, so you'd be saving money if you bought games from America. Of course, there's still postage cost, but even with that, it's still cheaper to get games from America. The only actual downside to this is the longer wait.

There are exceptions, because adults in Germany get treated like shit, too. Even though a movie/game is rated "Only for Adults" all the movies and games are still cut! No blood, no too brutal scenes, no nothing. That's just annoying.

I hear Germany are quite strict with certain things. From what I've heard, certain Cannibal Corpse albums have been banned from Germany due to the explicit album covers.

The only issue I can think of if I do this is the power cables. I noticed what we have here is different to the American cables. However, I'm pretty sure there's a way around this.

I'd like it if Madness Day had a lot of crap to blam. It would be a good day for Toohot100 to blam some flashes. :) Last year, I think the portal habit had flashes passing higher than usual, but I'm pretty sure there were quite a lot of blammable flashes that day. I didn't see any shitty madness clones to blam that day but five was maxed out on 8 exp so I couldn't get any blams on that account. I did get them on my 100 to 1 b.r. alt. I am sure I missed boat loats I can check the obituaries to see what.
