I will post in this thread everyday until more people join me. We need comradery, perhaps. And as in the original days people who are interested in learning about Judaism because they are naive. Until such a time, I will use this thread to discuss finding a homeland for the jews that will not be surrounded by enemies. Granted, I love Israel and it was given to us by God, but God made the entire world and I can think of no better place to live on earth than anywhere.

The only anywhere that people only seem to care about marginally is Antartica. Therefor, I propose that we attach rocket boosters to the poles, with retro boosters and quasi-semi-spacial disrupters. I don't really know what any of these would actually do, but the earth would then move keeping a similar rotation, the only difference is that Antartica would be in approximately the same location as South America is now, thereby making austrailia the new Antartica.

I see no real downside to this. Jews get a tropical paradise. Plenty of people get new beach front property. People can stop complaining about the middle east. Hell, the middle east won't exist anymore, it will be more like the middel south east or something.

I like this idea a lot and am ignoring the global implications and environmental destruction on our world. Thoughts?

Help me draft a proposal which we will submit to other places.

I posted a few times in his topic so he thought he could get a cheep laugh off of pushing our buttons. What he didn't realize is that I didn't care much, but just felt the need to post something else and try to kill his fun, as it was based off of putting others down.

it's fascinating. most people try to annoy us with jokes that have been around for thousands of years, and then they're surprised when they don't work.

I have a friend thats a jew but i am not. But i hate it when people make fun of other peoples beliefs

When I first came on and didn't know any better it did get to me. This club was at the time in response to such things. I got over it when I realized... it just didn't matter that much anymore. But to some, it is a complete shock. Then you understand who the majority of the people making the jokes are, and how rarely they even understand what they are saying. The others are just offensive to be offensive. You rarely have anyone confront you that is actually a nazi, though there have been occasions.

On another note, putting this link in my sig has increased the amount of people finding this club and posting here. I will therefor continue to keep it in my sig as I used to and advise anyone who'd like to see this club pick back up to do so as well.

I'm going to assume you are serious because you would have to have the strangest sense of humor to imagine that as funny. any the answer is yes, the ten commandment IS jewish, it was adopted by christianity along with the whole torah, or what christians call "The old testament."

You can make a post about it, but if it's tending towards flaming the crew and starting a needless war, I would ask you to resist. I'd judge it by the first post. If it came with the standard Nazi tag picture most hateful posts I used to have deleted had, then I'd have a problem. If its a theological argument, its on topic, but it's your soul on the line at that point, not your posting ability. :P

I've got plenty of christian friends who say that as well. Though anyone who does use it usually a sarcastic person. Since Jews tend to be comedic and sarcastic by nature, it might be more likely to hear the phrase from a Jew than from a "goy".

Anyways, I might end up living in Israel for a year, depending on what my girlfriend ends up doing. She wants to get a masters in Jewish Education, so she'd have to go to Israel for a year. I'm not sure what my plans are yet.

Jews and christans are virtually the same, their are only a few MAJOR differences. Like christans believe in christ being the saviour and jews don't beleive that.

Their are many other differences but I don't feel like explainning them to some immature and petulant 12 year old.
