Help Please?

Hey I was wondering if someone could please make me a flash intro for my site. I know it's a lot to ask, but I thought I might get lucky and have someone make me one. I've already tried with flash, but I'm not skilled enough yet like I am with XHTML.So a bad flash wouldn't look good on a tight site. My website is about GTA: Vice City, but It's just starting out.
