The Blam Club still sucks. I still hate them. People will say i'm just angry cause they targeted me, but their wrong. The whole concept of the blam club is wrong. 90% don't no shit about flash. Then they go and say shit like "Put more effort into this."... How the fuck would they know how much effort was put in? They know shit. I'm going out on a very unpopular limb here and I'm gonna agree with what EZ3 is saying here. Now I understand that this may come from a bitter place, but I don't think that makes what he's saying not valid...I'm looking at all the posts going down the line here and I'm seeing people just basicly pissing on him and ignoring what he's saying (Dracofire I'm looking at you). The fact is I've never liked the idea of the BLAM club...I've stated that in other posts, the fact is this was a poor idea that was not properly thought through (I don't give a damn what anybody says to the contrary) Blamming should be based on individual taste. The BLAM club does in fact target what they feel to be bad movies (that is it's stated purpose) and that's not fair...I've read some of the posts coming from their "leader" MI4_Real_2001 lately (specifically the post on StrawberryClock's thread) and he acts like this high and mighty guy, appealing to strawberryclock to make the clock crew "good" and "respected" why the hell do you think he wants to do that? So everybody will credit him as the guy who made the Clock Crew "see the light" if the last couple of days (let alone the last three to four YEARS) that I've been on NG have taught me anything...it's that this site is degenerating into little factions pushing an agenda and it sucks...I don't make flash movies myself, I don't know how to use flash, if I choose to blam something or give something a bad review it's based on my personal taste, pure and simple...I don't agree with the ideals of the BLAM Club (just the whole group blamming in general, because how is that different from certain Clocks group fifing their movies?) I can't say that I agree with what EZ3 is saying about racism and personal targeting in the group because I don't know it to be true...but I must say the reaction to his post has dodged the issue and been immature.

They actually search out shit and destroy it. Is NG really about how many blams you have or how many reviews you have? Is that more important then flash? And why do they need to be told what to blam? Its everyone responsibility to blam everything that sucks, that they see. Suggestions aren't needed. And they target specific people watching everything they submit. No matter what they sayt thats not fair. Other crappy artists ren't getting watched. They have a better chance then the targets. I'll continue this later.

I'm going out on a very unpopular limb here and I'm gonna agree with what EZ3 is saying here. Now I understand that this may come from a bitter place, but I don't think that makes what he's saying not valid...I'm looking at all the posts going down the line here and I'm seeing people just basicly pissing on him and ignoring what he's saying (Dracofire I'm looking at you). The fact is I've never liked the idea of the BLAM club...I've stated that in other posts, the fact is this was a poor idea that was not properly thought through (I don't give a damn what anybody says to the contrary) Blamming should be based on individual taste. The BLAM club does in fact target what they feel to be bad movies (that is it's stated purpose) and that's not fair...I've read some of the posts coming from their "leader" MI4_Real_2001 lately (specifically the post on StrawberryClock's thread) and he acts like this high and mighty guy, appealing to strawberryclock to make the clock crew "good" and "respected" why the hell do you think he wants to do that? So everybody will credit him as the guy who made the Clock Crew "see the light" if the last couple of days (let alone the last three to four YEARS) that I've been on NG have taught me anything...it's that this site is degenerating into little factions pushing an agenda and it sucks...I don't make flash movies myself, I don't know how to use flash, if I choose to blam something or give something a bad review it's based on my personal taste, pure and simple...I don't agree with the ideals of the BLAM Club (just the whole group blamming in general, because how is that different from certain Clocks group fifing their movies?) I can't say that I agree with what EZ3 is saying about racism and personal targeting in the group because I don't know it to be true...but I must say the reaction to his post has dodged the issue and been immature.

I joined the blam club thinking that I could interact with users, but it is alot less oranized as I thought, the blam list is blindly followed untill the movies are either blammed or get over 100 votes.

There is a long list of URL's and I doubt that every one of the 600+ members watches every single one of those movies to see if they like it or not.

There is no one who says what is crap or not, and there can never be, who is to say what has effort put into it or not?

I agree that there is alot of crap in the portal, and the blam club probably gets rid of alot of it, but the reality is, anyone can go in and put a link on and there is a very good chance that it will be blammed.

I doubt that I have seen every aspect of the blam club, but I more then likely won't ever.

The blam club is a good idea but it has just become another clique, where insecure people go to search for freindship and maybe some blams.

EZ3, don't you remember the other month when Wade posted saying that NG's had almost completely run out of space? If it wasn't for the Blam Club deleting some movies, this place would be overflowing with crap. Just let the guys have their fun, and you should just go on doing whatever it is you enjoy. Don't get so serious about the fucking Blam Club. It's just some web organization, and I highly doubt they are actually "upsetting the balance" of the portal, or anything for that matter. Half of the punks in the BC can't even hold their weight in voting, or even KNOW how to BLAM, even though it's clearly stated on the BC website. They don't specifically target you or anyone else, you just want a reason to complain. Get over it, it's not important.

I WAS targeted. Look in their forums there's like a dozen topics about me. All dissing me. I think i'm their biggest target of all time. And its not blam club's job to clear space. Newgrouds is constantly growing, good flashtook up alot of flash. They just needed an upgrade. Simple.
