It's so cool that Tom get's to be on TV. I guess it's more of a local station. I don't think I get the show up here in Canada. I didn't see anything on it. But just in case I do, what station is it on?
It would be so great if NG could break out of it's niche market. It seems bottled up in it when there is a still a whole world of people that have no idea. I think we have become large enough to go prime time, so to speak.
I always thought NG animations should make it to TV. It could be like a flash Masterpiece Theater. Tom comes on and gives a little intro and then shows the different submissions that have been collected. We have so much by this point we could have a half hour show every day and not run out of material for a LONG time to come.
Then things start happening. Newgrounds becomes the most famous website since Google. It goes on the stock market and the people will buy like they did before the technology stock crash. Next think you know Tom Fulp is on Forbe's Magazine for up and coming nouveau riche millionaires. The title would read something like "Dot-Com era over? Tell that to Fulp" BOOYA!!
and the games... Why can't we give them more exposure? I see all these computer, arcade and home entertainment systems from back before we could even manage 16 bit graphics that are being sold in package deals for people to play or be put into cellphones or whatever else they think of. NG has such a wonderful collection of stuff we should be able to find some way to market and sell them.
I don't suppose this could happen, could it? Seems to me alot of people became millionaires with sites that had MUCH less to offer then this one does. Maby I'm just dreaming...
