Let's look at the successions:

StrawberryClock is king of the portal.

OrangeClock is prince of the portal.

HamburgerClock is the clock king.

So I think it would go to Orange. Maybe Ham, but I believe Orange was the first clock after SBC (if not then among the first 3) so he would get it in the occurance of SBCs death, which hasn't (and can't) happened. StrawberrySock has taught me much of law, hoh hoh hoh!
